Yves Cuilleron Lieu-Dit Digue St-Joseph Blanc 2022 is a 100% Roussanne white wine from the St-Joseph appellation of the northern Rhne valley. Produced by the renowned Yves Cuilleron from the single vineyard area, Digue, on a very steep south-facing slope in the commune of Saint-Pierre-de-Boeuf, in the north of the St-Joseph appellation. The Marsanne grapes are organically farmed. Ageing on lees in a combination of 30hl oak casks and Burgundy barrels, without racking, for eight months.
